Alessandro Von Gal is a second year PhD student in Behavioral Neuroscience at the Psychology Department, Sapienza University of Rome.He acquired his master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience with a thesis investigating the fronto-parietal connectivity changes underlying movements with different effectors, based on fMRI data. He just concluded his apprenticeship training working in the assessment and surgical planning for the treatment of brain tumors during awake surgery, working with the Brain Imaging Laboratory of the Psychology Department in collaboration with Policlinico Umberto I hospital in Rome.

Alessandro won the “Guidoniani prize”, he received the prize during the XXXII National Convenience of AIMAS (Italian Association of Aerospace Medicine) held in Reggio Calabria (Italy).
